A Spacious Mid-Century modern house with postcard view of Ojai’s famous Topa Topa mountains. Just 5 minutes to stroll to our downtown artsy village. It is the ultimate Mid Century cool pad with its hip furnishings and clean cool eclectic flair. The house is designed with fresh fun colored walls. Graced with interesting black & white photographs of life as we know it or don't! This house is a true stargazer the large back yard is a little haven to the dark Ojai skies and the STARS are out of this word !!!!!
The colorful kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner stove and 2 ovens! Picture-perfect for a family get together. Enjoy inside or outside dining for 6.A flat screen TV with wireless connectivity, IPOD compatible speaker system and a writer’s office with a wireless printer. As an added bonus, an old school 1970’s jukebox packed with great songs from the 50s through the 80s set to free play.
Two generously sized bedrooms and a den/3rd bedroom gives up to six guests many areas to commune, but also ample opportunities for privacy.
The "outdoor space" is large and inviting with aromatic botanical gardens, outdoor dining area and peaceful sitting areas with mountain views scattered throughout the property. ' So fire up the BBQ, pour some cold hand crafted organic cocktails or mint lavender pixie spritzers and relax under the vast Ojai stars from the hot tub. Bring your bikes and never use a car from this central location:) Or we can rent you some too.
