Recently remodeled Ventura home with a beachy-vibe! Wide open and airy main living space with a Smart TV, open kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, yard with patio and BBQ. At over 1600 square feet, relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Ventura! Family friendly set up with play tent, games in the cubbord, and basketball hoop in the yard!

Just 10 minutes to the beach, pier, and harbor and walking distance to a park, coffee shop, brewery, and grocery store!
Other things to note
The garage and studio above it are not included in the rental. A single guest is there and you may see them coming and going but there are no shared spaces and the yard is fully yours.
Like most houses in this beach community, there is no AC. Even on warm days, we find theres a nice cross breeze.
