Waterfront with water access off of a swim platform. A gorgeous view off of 3 waterfront decks - looking down the canal into the bay. Gorgeous sunsets. 3 Bedrooms - each with their own full bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private balcony. An additional half bath on the first floor. On the second floor is a bedroom with a bunk bed - double on the bottom - single on the top. A full bath and deck are also in this bedroom. Bedroom #2 - on the second floor is a King kize bed with a full bath and a deck overlooking the canal. Bedroom #3 is on the third floor. King bed....and a small chair that converts to a bed. Foam mattress topper in closet. Ok for a small child. Full bath and a deck overlooking the canal.
2 Double Kayaks are free for Renters use.
Under the first floor deck are 2 - 2 seater kayaks. The launch pad which is directly in front of the unit makes it very easy to launch them into the water.
New in 2024 - stove which has a built in air fryer.
Towels and linens are NOT provided.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in North Ocean City, a neighborhood in Ocean City. Seacrets Distilling Company and Frontier Town Water Park and Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Jolly Roger at the Pier. Carousel Ice Skating Rink and Maui Golf are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and water skiing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
