Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they may be equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

The owner provides (10) beach chairs, (2) beach umbrellas, and (2) boogie boards. Condition and quantity are not guaranteed. If you'd like to rent additional beach chairs, bikes, or other recreational equipment, please contact us and we will gladly refer you to local companies we recommend and trust.

This home is equipped with a gas grill and (2) propane tanks. Rental guests are responsible for refilling the propane tanks as needed.

Tucked away as Fenwick's best little secret, rental residents at Sandy Toes Villa get to enjoy the community pool. The Grove at Fenwick is just minutes from the best attractions and conveniences of Fenwick Island! Just minutes down the road, you'll find grocery and convenience stores, famous dining establishments, whether you're looking for a "crab bloody" from the Crabcake Factory, Harpoon Hanna's popular happy hour, or to enjoy the fine dining at Catch 54. The nearby Assawoman Bay and its many inlets provide endless ways to get out on the water, whether you're boating, fishing, crabbing, or paddling.

There is a $25 Community Registration Fee due per week.

Guest parking is not permitted in the overflow lot or on the street. Guests must register their vehicles, including make, model, color, and license plate number with the HOA.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 8 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 8 people.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 9 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
