The first floor includes a large master suite; plus two additional en suite bedrooms, each with its own private bath (one with handicap shower and vanity) and TV; a large great room with a gas fireplace, wide screen TV and a built-in bar with a beverage refrigerator.
The gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances including a double wall oven and 5-burner gas cook top, granite counter tops and a large island with wrap-around bar counter for easy entertaining and additional seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a 10-ft dining table to accommodate large family meals.
The great room opens out to a large deck with counter-height dining table (seating for 8), and a gas grill for outdoor dining and cookouts.
The second floor features two spacious bedrooms (one of which is an en suite bedroom with 4 full beds), two baths, and a large recreational room with game tables (including ping-pong), comfortable seating and TV/viewing area. The spacious recreational room, which easily converts to a semi-private 6th bedroom option with an available queen size fold-out Murphy Cabinet Bed and adjacent guest closet. The recreational room with spacious bench seating opens out to a 2nd floor deck where spectacular sunset views of the bay can be captured from the comfort of Adirondack chairs.
Situated immediately adjacent to a bay canal (see Aerial View for proximity) with a private boat slip, the homesite offers access to Assawoman Bay and surrounding waterways for boating, fishing, jet skiing and other activities enjoyed by water enthusiasts. The region is noted for its abundance of top-tier golf courses, deep sea fishing excursions, proximity to Assateague Island and Ocean City's popular 3-mile Boardwalk. So whether it's the Beach or the Bay or everything in between that you enjoy, this comfortable, smartly-designed home is the ideal setting for families looking to share a fabulous vacation destination!
