The TV its not “Smart TV”. Bring your own Roku or apple tv and cable. Think it twice because RV’s are for technology pauses and enjoy without it. Spend some time with your family, friends and nature. (Personal suggestion).
Bring your own toilette paper, soap, tootbpaste and paper towels/napkins. We dont provide this.
Having Pets requires the interior protection option when choosing the insurance. Better to be safe for a small fee than a repair and penalty if somethings happen.

Let your days turn into weeks and your weeks turn into months with this Passport SL travel trailer! You can keep all of your gear stored effortlessly in the rear cargo door and the front pass-through storage compartment, and the interior also offers some storage space with the bedside wardrobes and large kitchen pantry or utilize this space as a wardrobe. You also have plenty of space to keep your perishable foods from spoiling with the interior 6-cubic foot refrigerator and in the exterior refrigerator in the outside kitchen. The PIVOT sofa sleeper and dinette will provide you with some extra sleeping space so that you can invite friends or family to join you, and the full bathroom is going to keep everyone clean.
The Passport SL travel trailers by Keystone RV come in a compact design with travel-friendly lengths that are lightweight and easy to tow behind many smaller crossover SUVs. You will find several residential-style features such as durable Armstrong vinyl flooring, upgraded window treatments and valances, and bathroom countertops. The exterior shower with hot and cold water is very useful as you get cleaned up before entering the RV, wash your pets, or even rinse a few dishes outside.

RULES:
NO SMOKING!. If you violate the smoke policy, we will charge $500.00 as a penalty fee.
We ask please to contact us before booking with your towing vehicle information, planned place to stay, if pets what breed, how many people in your party, RV/Travel Trailer previous experience (if any).
Mandatory: The trailer need to be returned clean same as when was picked up/delivered. If not cleaned, $75.00 penalty fee. If the trailer its dirty with mud in the interior or exterior, you will have an additional penalty fee of $100.00 apart from the $75.00.
Mandatory: Renters need to dump and flush holding tanks to avoid penalty fee. If you dont know how to, please ask or research on internet. We can do it for you with previous approval for an additional fee available in the add on services/charges area.
If the tanks are not dumped and flushed when returned/picked up, we will charge $100.00 as penalty fee.
If you need a hitch or generator, contact us as soon as you book so we can provide the price and availability.
Excessive use of propane will have additional charges. Our trailer have minum consumption of gas, same as any travel trailer.

Hitch and Ball notes:
Recommended to have an adjustable Trailer Hitch.
2” ball size
Hitch with a receiver or adapter for the 2” ball.
Towing vehicle will need to be capable of towing travel trailer 7200 LBS at a max of 60% capacity
Travel trailer leveled ride required. If we find the trailer its not leveled with your towing vehicle, you need to be ready to level it with your own tools and experience. If we have the availability to do it, the co assistant set up fee apply. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee our availability and the reservation will be canceled for security reasons and insurance reasons. If you have a towing vehicle with enough capacity, there is nothing to be concerned about.
Sway control is recommended (sway bars hitch). If you dont have it, we can rent ours for $25.00.
If in site adjustment will be needed this can be performed by the towing vehicle owner and with his own tools. This also is offered on site for a fee (subject to availability). Not meeting this specificafions will cause your trip to be canceled.
Others:
When delivery services are choose, its only delivery, NO SET UP OR INSTALL included. You should have the ability and experience to do this. If not, we can do it for you (install and uninstall) for an additional charge.
RV plug is NEMA 14-50P 50amp 250v straight Blade, Adapter to 30amp straight blade provided.
