Strict NO SMOKING policy in the RV. If the RV smells of smoke, you forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions. No cigarette butts in camper trash.

Please contact us to discuss bringing any pets with you. We are pet friendly and have a small nonrefundable pet deposit. Please mind the pets jumping on the furniture and do not leave pets unattended in the RV.

Pricing may vary for special events: ie. Univ. of Florida football game, Fat Tire festival, Thanksgiving week, Christmas, 4th of July weekend, etc.

Have another place in mind? Contact us and let's see what we can do! Fees include RV rental, set up, and walk thru. Cleaning products provided; renter is expected to leave RV as clean as when they received it. $75/hour minimum cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if we need to clean the RV upon its return.
