Family Friendly Alpine w/ Fireplace Sleeping options: - King size bed - Queen pullout in separate bunkhouse -Queen pullout in living area Equipped with: A/C Heat Fireplace Microwave Instapot K-cup Coffee pot Cooktop Large fridge/Freezer, Sink, AM/FM radio with Bluetooth capabilities with speakers inside and outside. Three TVs that connect to an over-the-air antenna, Power awning LED lightin. Includes the following amenities: USB outlets Cards/Games Outdoor rug Camping chairs Cookware and silverware Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, plastic ware, trash bags) ,Propane. The only things you will need to pack are clothes, food, and any personal items you may need.

Also available for rent: Linens package is available ( Sheets, Towels, Pillows, Beach Towels for locations with water) propane grill, canopy, and water floats.

Strict NO SMOKING policy in the RV. If the RV smells of smoke, you forfeit your entire security deposit, no exceptions. No cigarette butts in camper trash.

Please contact us to discuss bringing any pets with you. We are pet friendly and have a small nonrefundable pet deposit. Please mind the pets jumping on the furniture and do not leave pets unattended in the RV.

Cleaning products provided; renter is expected to leave RV as clean as when they received it. $75/hour minimum cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit if we need to clean the RV upon its return.
