This recently renovated home is located on a canal with a private dock that holds standup paddle boards, kayaks and Hobbie Cat Peddle boards for fun in the sun. Just a couple short blocks away from everything: the oceanfront boardwalk where all the action is, grocery stores, fine and casual dining restaurants, Lido Village with shops and waterfront bars and restaurants, and a gateway to Newport Harbor, one of the largest recreational harbors on the West Coast.

Plenty of fun for families and adults. Kayaks and Peddle Boards/Paddle Boards included. Electric 22 ft. Duffy Boat available at an extra charge for those with some boating experience.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Balboa Peninsula, a neighborhood in Newport Beach. Newport Pier and Huntington Beach Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza. Orange County Fairgrounds and Newport Harbor Nautical Museum are also worth visiting. Kayaking, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
