4804 Seashore B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. With an ocean view deck and a couple steps from the sand, this home has all the beach vacation necessities. This home is within walking distance to shops and restaurants!
The living room has ample seating and a flat screen TV. The dining table seats eight.
The kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, dishwasher and built-in microwave. Granite counters provide plenty of room for meal prep and family meal times. The breakfast bar has stools for quick meals and snacks.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the second and third bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twins. The den acts as a 5th bedroom with a queen size sleeper sofa, desk and TV. Two updated bathrooms have new counters and attractive light fixtures.
The outdoor deck has great ocean views and a charcoal grill, great for cooking for family and friends! The coin-operated washer/dryer are located in a laundry room shared with the lower unit. Parking for this rental is a two car garage.
The beach at 48th St is is perfect for all types of water activities and has a lifeguard tower to boot! Swim, boogie board, surf or just relax on the sand. Options abound nearby for shopping and dining.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

Located in Balboa Peninsula, a neighborhood in Newport Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Fashion Island and Main Street are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Huntington State Beach and Huntington Beach Beaches. Orange County Fair and Events Center and Segerstrom Center for the Arts are not to be missed. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
