- This home has a strict NON-SMOKING policy inside and outside.
- Due to the inherent increased drowning risk associated with younger children and pools, children under 8 years old are not considered as suitable guests for this property. In addition, all renters/house guests must be proficient swimmers to rent this property.
- Pets are not permitted on this property.
