Beautiful fully furnished 1st Floor Garden Home overlooking the 4th green with lake view. 2 bedrooms 2 baths and a den. Master suite has queen size bed, 40 inch TV in armoire, two walk in closets, huge bathroom with separate shower and large bathtub. Second bedroom has queen bed with 40 inch TV. Den has queen-size sleep sofa and flat screen TV. Living/dining area has a 50 inch TV.
The unit is approximately 1432 square feet with tile throughout except for the bedrooms and den. There is a spacious lanai. The unit has cable TV and WiFi. In addition to the master bedroom there are televisions located in the living room and den. The unit has a one car garage and an additional parking space.
The unit is virtually across the street from a large heated community pool with barbeque grill.
Forest Glen Golf & Country Club is a full service club of distinction offering a recently renovated Arthur Hills designed championship par 72 golf course, tennis courts, pickel ball courts, swimming pools, fitness center, fine dining and pub dining and many other amenities. The property includes a paved path through a cypress preserve for walking, jogging or biking or simply stroll through the community. Forest Glen is known for its natural habitat with over 70% of the community dedicated to natural preserves, lakes and trails. The best way to reach Forest Glen by air is Southwest Florida Regional Airport ( Ft Myers) which is approximately 30 minutes to the north and Fort Lauderdale International Airport which is approximately 90 minutes to the east.
