Welcome to our home, AZURE! Our beautif 4 bedrooms, 2 bath home is located within 1.5 miles to all your venues you come to visit: World renown Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins Park, Mercato and popular and pedestrian-friendly Mercato (an outstanding pedestrian-friendly lifestyle venue with restaurants, entertainment, music/dancing, wineries & art stores). Our 4/2 home is nicely supplied to welcome a family with: 1 King, 2 Queen, and 1 Full beds, 2 bathrooms, a lanai, garage and off-street parking and a private yard. All beds have nice linen and comforters, and there are plenty of bath and beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs for your family. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless refrigerator, range and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all pots and pans, China and silverware. The washer/dryer is located in the garage to make it easy for you after a beautiful beach day and the privately fenced back yard is also equipped with outside table and 4 chairs, as well as 2 lounge chairs.
Our home has a perfect at the corner of the “500” block which makes it a very desirable location, because it makes your walks, run, bike or even driving so simple and short. You will love your “al fresco” mornings exercising on your way to the beach or just enjoy the neighborhood and enjoying the sun, fresh air and also all the new the new and beautiful homes that make Naples Park such a desired destination. This is why Vanderbilt Beach has been rated one of the best 10 destinations beaches in the USA by Forbes Magazine.
