This is a wonderful first floor ranch-style villa with a open and split bedroom floor plan and 1,503 SF of living space. The condo consists of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an office / den, large living room, a lanai facing one of the two community lakes and a two-car garage.
The main entry door is on the right-side of the villa. One enters into the living room / dining area facing the oversized kitchen. To the immediate left is the oversized den enclosed by glass windowed french doors. The den is complete with a work station, sofa and smart TV. In front of the den is the oversized kitchen and just past the kitchen is the conveniently located laundry room which is central to both bedrooms.
Walk toward the living room and one will notice the remarkable lakeview from the lanai. Immediately to the left of the living room is the master ensuite with a queen-sized bed, his and her sinks, a walk-in ceramic tiled shower, and a large closet. The second bedroom is located at the opposite end (front) of the condo with a full bathtub just down the hall.
There are so many activities here to choose including pickleball, tennis, bocce, a fitness center, community room, catering station and a billiard / entertainment room all in the clubhouse.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Seasonal Rentals (December 1 - May 1) are mandated by executed lease agreement as follows: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 120 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
