Walk to the beach or stroll up to 5th Ave or over to 3rd Street for lunch and shopping or cook in the gourmet chef’s kitchen. Brush up on your golf game on the backyard putting green. The marina is just a short walk and tennis is just across the street at Cambier Park. Garage parking for two cars with additional public parking close by.
The house, professionally designed and furnished, boasts a gourmet eat-in kitchen with a built-in coffee bar and Thermador appliances. There is a butler’s pantry with additional sink, dishwasher, storage and prep space. Beyond the kitchen is an elegant dining area with a wine and beverage bar. If you prefer to dine outdoors there is covered lanai and outdoor professional grill. Included is high-speed Wi-Fi and the living room and all three bedrooms have new smart TV’s. In addition to three spacious bedrooms, the house has a dedicated office with a printer and flat screen TV, four built-in bunk beds and a gaming loft with a sofa and fifth smart TV to delight the kids and grandkids. The five bathrooms have high-end finishes and two freestanding bathtubs. The house includes everything you need for a comfortable stay including laundry on both levels, luxurious linens and a fully stocked cooks kitchen. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach is supplied.
