Beautiful 3 story townhome (1 of 6) on Vanderbilt Bay and steps to the beach across the street. Townhome has 2 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. Third floor has 2 bedrooms. Primary bedroom has king bed and and en-suite. Also, a cozy balcony off the bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have TV’s. There is a second full bath on the same floor as bedrooms. Middle 2nd floor is main living room, dining room, full kitchen and half bath. Also has a balcony off living room over looking the pool. First floor is a “cabana” with a small beverage refrigerator. Also there is a full bath and laundry area on the first level. Open main door and relax at the pool. Courtyard also has a gas grill for your cooking pleasure. Walk across the street to the beach access and put your toes in the sand. Guests will be subject to a background check.
