You are welcome to tie up your boat by the dock. Boat Ramp is only a 8 minutes drive from the house, we also have a NEW dock, fishing table, and freshwater to spray your boat. It is a beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home located on the Isle of Capri. The setting is quiet and relaxed for singles, couples, or small families. All rooms in the house open up to the screened-in patio and pool area where you can relax and unwind, dine, swim and get plenty of sun. You can walk or bike to 4 great waterfront restaurants located right on the island, as well as local marinas for boat and kayak rentals. Nearby Marco Island offers endless shopping, dining, beaches, and water sports, all just minutes away. Once you discover our island life, you will never want to leave!
