Through a double sliding shutter door in the Master, guests step out onto a delightful open air patio featuring a unique cast aluminum outdoor table with two integrated fire pits. Across from this sitting area for 8 is a spacious lounging area with adjacent fire stands to take the nip off of cool Morro Bay nights. This delightful retreat area allows guests to comfortably enjoy a hot cup of tea or glass of wine, while taking in the night air and watching the stars.

Just adjacent to the master bedroom is the "Kid's Bunk Loft". The "Kid's Bunk Loft", is a unique children's area located adjacent to the upstairs master bedroom, boasting a sturdy Restoration Hardware, Full on Full Callum Bunk Bed, and a Full size, Day and Night Ultra Comfort Sofa Sleeper by Room and Board. This area (listed here as a bedroom) is an open "children's" loft area, ideally suited for children traveling with parents. This area is equipped with its own LED TV and a PS4 with age appropriate games can be checked out to guests. Please note that the kids loft area is an open space and without privacy.

The living area has an open bright feel during the day and a relaxing cozy ambience during the night. Living area features a vaulted ceiling and pleasant gas fireplace. And in case extra sleeping space is needed, the living area features a (King size) comfort sleeper sofa by American Leather, known as the manufacturer of the most comfortable sofa sleeper in the world.

The downstairs "Retreat room" is ideal for grandparents or a second couple. It is heated by a quaint built in gas fireplace, includes a modest seating area, and a Cal King sized, Restoration Hardware armoire and shutter style bed. The retreat room has a custom shutter screen closure separating it from the adjacent stairs, and offers a nice private area with an exit to the outdoors on its own lower level.

A variety of board games, boogie boards, and beach toys for young children are available, as well as access to kayak rentals during your stay.

As a courtesy for guests getting oriented to the area, fridge will be stocked with food items for first breakfast on first morning of stay. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions and we will accommodate dietary needs accordingly.

This is not a party house, and is NOT available for bachelor/ bachelorette parties, or noisy venues. Per Asian custom, we kindly ask guests to remove shoes when entering the home.

Also as a allergy sensitive host, we cater to guests with asthma and pet allergies. For this reason NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN OR AROUND THE PROPERTY. NO PETS are allowed. NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE MAKERS. OUR NEIGHBORS ARE VERY AMIABLE, KIND, AND GENTLE PEOPLE. ANY COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS WILL RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE.
