The home includes 1 queen sized bed and 1 bathroom, with the bed in the living room/front room. The living room has a high open beam ceiling with ceiling fans.

There is an additional room/parlor with a sitting area, clothing storage and sliding glass doors with a view to the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you’ll need to live in this home away from home. Whip up delicious meals using fresh local ingredients from the farmer's market on Mondays in Baywood or simply brew a cup of coffee to savor as you plan your day's adventures.

This property is located within walking distance to the picturesque Cuesta Inlet of Los Osos and Baywood Park.. Morro Bay is a short 7 minute drive away, 12 minutes to Cayucos or 15-20 minutes to San Luis Obispo.

The local surf shops in Morro Bay offer wetsuit rentals and sales and there are several kayak rental shops that also offer stand up paddleboard (SUP) lessons, bike rentals, boat rentals, beach gear and much more. There are also local whale watching and day and overnight fishing boat tours.
The nearest airport is in San Luis Obispo (SLO), a 30 min. drive by car. Some of the local attractions include California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Hearst Castle, built by William Randolph Hearst is about a 40 min. drive north on Highway 1. There are numerous wineries in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. The Big Sur coastline is about a two hour drive North. Don’t miss the elephant seals that populate the area in San Simeon along with all our other wildlife. There are great hiking trails north along Highway 1 or at Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos.

Cuesta-by-the-Sea, a neighborhood in Los Osos, is home to this vacation home.
