This is the UPPER unit of a DUPLEX, thank you for considering us, we appreciate you but, before you book, lets make sure there is an understanding:
*** If you want to come here and be drunk and loud, disrespect and disturb our neighbors, this is NOT the house for you so, please, search for another house.
*** This house is ONLY for booked guests, NOT for their visitors.
*** Due to our family's, friends' and other guests' severe allergies we do not accept ANY pets, whether service/emotional... related or not, so, please, DO NOT ask for exceptions.

VRBO is new to us and we're trying to get used to it so thank you ahead of time for your patience. However, we are not new to hosting, we have been Superhost using Air b n b for many years.
If you have any mobility issues or difficulty walking up & down the steps, reconsider booking.
The house is one of the older ones in Morro Bay built in the 1950's. We renovated it to reflect the feel & style of my parents'/grandparents' homes on Corfu Island in Greece.
We are the last house at the end of the street on a cul-de-sac. Hiding up in the hills in a very quiet neighborhood, our house is open, overlooking the Pacific and next to a Eucalyptus grove and hundreds of acres of farm space.
There is a new 4 person hot tub, propane fire pit, 6 decks going up the hill, the top 3 have ocean views as well as another deck off of the family room that faces the ocean with seating and the natural gas bbq. There is another propane fire pit on the top deck with a swing egg chair and 2 large club chairs.
We have a play area for the kids with a slide, rope bridge that connects to a tree house ("The Flybridge") which has a ship's wheel, compass, throttle....., also have corn hole and tether ball.
There is no access to the closets (they are full and locked) but there are dressers and fold down valet hangers in the bedrooms to hang up some of your clothes.
Sorry for the lack of storage space, but the view of the Pacific makes up for it.
-Like most VRBO listings, we, too, have Ring security doorbells at the entrances, cameras on the OUTSIDE of the property at the perimeter, at the front of the shop and the top deck.
Located in Morro Bay, this cottage is by the sea. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Morro Rock Nature Preserve and Morro Bay State Park, while Morro Bay Art Association Gallery and Morro Bay Skateboard Museum are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids? Consider Museum of Natural History and San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
