Peaceful beach cottage in the desirable Morro Heights neighborhood of Morro Bay. Spectacular view of the water, Los Osos hills, and the bay. Backs onto State Park and golf course in forested like setting. The cottage is a picturesque place to relax, drink a glass of local wine while enjoying amazing sunsets. 10 minute walk to 2 restaurants and bars. 5 minutes to hiking in state park, kayaking. 20 minute walk to embarcadero. This is an original 1949 bungalow that we renovated extensively with new plumbing, electrical, windows, bathroom and flooring. The kitchen is the original charmer with single basin sink.
Located in Morro Bay, this cottage is near the beach. Morro Rock is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Morro Bay State Park and Cayucos State Beach.
