The main level is spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating around numerous areas. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need to cook for the masses. The master King en suite has a private deck on the upper level. A second Queen room is also upstairs. The third King bedroom and second full bath are on the bottom floor.

Take advantage of the quiet cove to use one of the three Kayaks, or the Paddleboard which can be can be adapted for fishing with rod holders to begin your adventure. This is a family fun home whether fishing, swimming, or simply catching some rays. The yard play host to deer and birds as the trees provide nice shelter (cue the wildlife).

The home is conveniently located near Downtown Moneta, with bunches of dining, events, and shopping just a short drive away. Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.

No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.

Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.

Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.

Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
