- Dining: Indoor dining table seats 8, while the eat-in kitchen seats 4. Enjoy meals outside at the patio table for 6.
- Outdoor Spaces: Expansive deck with seating, perfect for soaking in the views.

Lower Level:
- Living Area: Nautical-themed custom bar, large sectional couch, 48-inch LCD HDTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, Xbox Kinect with games, and a collection of board games and puzzles. The bar area has 4 stools, accent lighting, and a sink—one of the highlights of Happy Oars!
- Recreation Room: Air hockey, ping pong, and pool tables for endless fun.
- Bunk Room: Features 2 twin-over-full bunks, a built-in window seat, and plenty of cabinet storage for your kids' gear. They'll love having their own space to relax, complete with a TV and DVD player.
- King Bedroom: With a walk-out entrance for easy access to the outdoors.
- Bathroom: A full bathroom to serve the lower level.
Dock and Water Sports:
- Dock with space for 2 boats and jet skis
- Two paddleboards, two kayaks, and life vests for your enjoyment
