Tucked in along Smith Mountain Lake's shoreline, this quiet little alcove is known as Sunset Point. With convenient restaurant access, you can walk to dining and a marina to launch your boat or fuel up - ideal for summertime fun.

The bright living room is furnished with a large sectional set, and the family room has a sectional downstairs in the game area with a pool table. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with ample cabinet space, a coffee bar area, and large appliances. It even has a bar for casual meals. In the summer, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming and kayaking (two kayaks provided) or just relax in the chairs on the dock. The dining area overlooks the lake and the back decks offer a grill and alfresco dining space. An office on the main level is ideal for remote work, with fast WiFi provided.

The primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the lake, where you can take your coffee each morning. The lower level offers two bedrooms overlooking the lake and an additional bathroom.
