Whether you are looking for peaceful getaway or wish to work remotely, this is elegant base camp provides the full opportunity to enjoy the high desert landscape. The views from the Guest Nest, are amazing. We are tucked by the Moab Rim only 10 minutes from town. With amazing sunsets or sunrises you can see the La Sal Mountains, Arches National Park, or Hidden Valley, which offers 2 trail heads for hiking or biking, just a short 5 minute walk away.

The main hub is the fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dinning area with a central Island and high backed stools that can be used for a meal or remote work. The kitchen, comes with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave and an ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, and grinder. There are all the essentials you’ll need for preparing a wonderful meal. Whether you are working or dining, the nonstop views, will add great delight.

There are two bedrooms, with a full bathroom, and a laundry room.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed with a comfy memory foam mattress, and 100 % cotton sheets. There are two 40 “ flatscreen TV’s that can stream your favorite shows, ceiling fans, reading lamps, and an undercarriage drawer for storage. The first bedroom has bedside table with a reading lamp and 2 comfy chairs with an ottoman, and great lamp for reading. There is a a work station with an office chair. The second bedroom has two bedside tables, a dresser, closet organizer, and a love seat.

There is a lovely 12x12 cedar deck out your front door where you can spend countless hours enjoying the desert light while sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine. There is a dining table and comfortable seating on the deck, except in winter and two zero gravity chairs which are perfect for star watching in our dark sky.

We offer excellent internet service and there has not been any issue with interrupted service for online meetings. If you want to have an extra over night guest during your stay, not on the original reservation, there will be an additional $25.00 per night charge.

The ground level offers a Stainless BBQ with more seating options and a secure place for bike storage. Chukars and rabbits will be daily visitors to the property and delight you with their antics. Air conditioning and central heating will keep you comfortable no matter what the season. There is a washer/dryer, WIFI, and eclectic furnishings that make this a very pleasant home. Spacious parking.

Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am. Because of wildlife and visiting outdoor kitties, driving slowly on and off the property is essential.

Located in Moab South Valley, a neighborhood in Moab, this guesthouse is in a rural area and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Arches National Park and Arches National Park Visitor Center. Monument Basin and Swanny City Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
