This home is for 4 guests or less. It is not able to accommodate large trailers as it is on a narrow access road and a dead end. It would be difficult to turn around.

Our remodeled home is in the heart of Moab but feels a world away. The house is situated down a dirt lane which turns into a private road with very little traffic. It is quiet and peaceful with a truly rural feel. Our location is ideal! It is easy walking distance to main street; the recreation center with pool and fitness center; paved bike path and many other conveniences of town.

This older home has been remodeled. We have custom cabinets, granite counter tops, beautiful hard wood floor through out and new kitchen appliances. We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with walk in showers. The large bedroom has a king size memory foam bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is very small. The furnishings are uniquely rustic and eclectic with a luxurious at home feel.

Enjoy sitting or eating on the back patio in the large newly landscaped yard. We have a BBQ grill on the patio and also other seating areas around the property for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding red rock views. This lot is very private!

Going to town? No need to deal with parking when visiting main street. We have plenty of parking.

This is a great place to unwind after all your Moab adventures. .... come, put up your feet and enjoy!

Located in Downtown Moab, a neighborhood in Moab, this vacation home is near a water park. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Colorado River and Arches National Park. Swanny City Park and Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center are also worth visiting. Kayaking and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and mountain biking nearby.
