Welcome to S'more Lake Anna, a new lakefront home tucked into Elk Creek Landing on Lake Anna's private side, where the warm freshwater stays clear and the cove stays quiet. This expansive home opens to outdoor spaces in every direction, with a private dock, private beach, two-story private boathouse with covered slip, and a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs at the lake's edge.
Inside, the open layout brings the great room, spacious gourmet kitchen, and dining area together under a wall of large windows and French doors that flood the main level with natural light. A sectional sofa anchors the great room around the stone fireplace, the kitchen pairs stainless steel appliances with a long island bar, and the dining table seats eight steps from the cook.

The Neighborhood:

Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay, from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
Getting Around:

Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. We have ample free parking outside our home for large groups with many vehicles. No parking in locked garage.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- 8 Adults Maximum

- Free Parking outside for up to 6 Vehicles (No parking in locked garage). (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Smoking.
**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

- $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
Interaction with Guests:

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Located in Mineral, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Anna Point Marina and High Point Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Mineral Farmers Market and Triangle Plaza Shopping Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Belmont Park and Louisa Town Park. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
