A 2 level home is perfect for year-round getaways, offering stunning lake views from the sundeck on the boathouse and the screened in gazebo on the water. The water provides access to endless adventures.
The home offers private forest views from its elongated deck, and easy access to the water, boathouse and gazebo. It has 3 spacious bedrooms on the main level and 2 bedrooms in the basement. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs with 1 very large full bathroom in the basement. The home also has 2 family rooms, a forest and private facing sunroom. The home provides a fully equipped kitchen as well. Dining room seats 8 with another 4 in the breakfast nook area within the large kitchen. This home is perfect for relaxation or adventure. Located near Duke's Creek Marina for large boat or pontoon to be launched in. Our boathouse, one can easily tie down the pontoon or boat overnight. Garage has an (electric EV) e-charger (Tesla) for convenience and is free to use. This year-round haven promises an unforgettable blend of tranquility and fun!
