Welcome to The Shack, a thoughtfully renovated Lake Anna retreat inspired by our family’s summers on Massachusetts Bay. Designed for unhurried lake days and meaningful time together, this 4-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and access to the water.
Located on a quiet 1-acre cul-de-sac on the Public Side of Lake Anna, the home provides over 2,200 square feet of beautifully updated living space — ideal for families and friends.

Private Deep-Water Lake Access
A short 90-second walk brings you to your dedicated covered boat slip on a protected, deep-water, no-wake cove. Calm water and minimal boat traffic make it perfect for swimming, floating, kayaking, fishing, or simply enjoying slow mornings on the dock.
Guests may also drive and park near the slip if preferred.

The property is designed for full days outdoors:
• Private hot tub (open year-round)
• Gas grill for relaxed evening meals
• New firepit (2025) surrounded by eight Adirondack chairs
• Private mini basketball court + yard games
The hot tub is tucked into a secluded area of the yard for added privacy.

The Shack is a lake-access property. The walk to the dock is downhill; the return walk is uphill. Guests may drive to the slip if preferred.
