Lower level includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Walkout basement with huge flat screen TV and family bar area for entertaining.
Outdoor space includes your own private sandy beach, stone patio with storage, bar, sun deck and a jet ski lift! 2-3 car attached garage, paved driveway, beautifully landscaped yard, rear composite deck, covered front porch, covered patio and an outdoor shower.
