Welcome to casa Sayat Nova. New built house with lots of space to enjoy ypur stay in La Paz BCS. Spacious 3 en suite bedrooms with a large patio to have a drink bbq or simply enjoy beautiful sunsets every night.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook your favorite dishes.
Fully secured garage for 1 normal size car.
Enjoy being minutes by car from the famous La Paz malecon where you will find all kind of restaurants and bars to fulfil your afternoons or evenings.
From street food to top restaurants you will find everything that suits your needs.
Enjoy the famous beaches of Tesoro, Balandra, Pichilingue and Tecolote with 30 mn drive from the house.
Take a day to visit the house cities of Todos Santos, El Triunfo, La Ventana. Each of them by 30 to 45 mn drive from the house.
Please remember that we are living in a community so please avoid making noise after 10pm.
Parties will not be tolerated.
Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Colina del Sol, a neighborhood in La Paz. The area's natural beauty can be seen at El Coromuel Beach and Balandra Beach. Esperanza Rodriguez Cultural Center and Professor Jesus Castro Agundez Cultural Center are also worth visiting. Motor boating offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking/biking trails nearby.
