Our building is located between two of the prettiest beaches in Puerto Vallarta and both our balconies have beautiful views of the City and Ocean. Playas Gemelas feature the best white sand & turquoise water in the whole bay and is a perfect place to go for swimming & snorkeling. It’s nice and quiet & as pretty as the Caribbean! Often you can see variety of fish, birds and dolphins. Every year during their winter mating season whales visit the bay.

Building Location:
- Bus Service and Taxi Stand are in front of the building. Bus stops every 15 min, about a 12 min ride to Old Town Puerto Vallarta, costs $10 pesos
- Taxi to Airport costs $300 pesos, Taxi to Old Town $150 pesos
- Uber service is available and highly recommended in PV
- Bungee jumping & famous Los Arcos 5 minutes away
- 2 incredible Canopy Tours are within 25 minutes of the condo (any tour available in Puerto Vallarta can be arranged at the front desk)
