Absolutely beautiful beach front home!
This amazing villa has all the amenities! Spacious home is comfortable, secure and private. It is completely gated with a secure gate out to the beach, perfect access for swimming and kayaks. Our beach offers swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and kiting right out front. A sandy kiteboarding launch is very nearby at North Beach. The home has a master bedroom suite with a king and a guest room with a queen. Both have large bathrooms with walk in showers. The master bath has double sinks and an over-sized soaking tub. It sleeps 4 people and every room of the house has an ocean view. Both bedrooms have AC with many fans throughout the home.
The entire home is surrounded by a covered veranda doubling your living space. Great home for beautiful memories. Poolside veranda offers relaxation and shaded wind protected ocean and pool views. Beachfront veranda has incredible ocean views with plenty of seating and dining options. An abundance of space including additional outdoor sink and fully equipped kitchen make cooking a breeze.
The home is very well appointed with top of the line appliances (Viking range, Whirlpool Refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal). Full laundry room access, complete with additional Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer for your use.
The great room has indoor dining options, a large living area with a down sofa, two chairs, two ottomans and a down chaise lounge. A flat screen TV and a portable speaker with Bluetooth connection complete the entertainment options. The entire interior is served by WiFi.
Our swimming pool and hot tub with waterfall are tucked in for privacy and wind protection in the wintertime. Both have wonderful views. Pool toys, sand toys and beach chairs provided.
Maid service is available at additional cost. In home catering or meal delivery can be arranged. English speaking babysitter available. All information is available in a welcome binder and from the property manager who will greet you.
Casa Mariposa is located 1/2 mile north of the Tres Palapas Pickleball Courts, 2 miles north of Los Barriles right on the beach. In and around town you will find many good restaurants, markets, shopping and recreational rentals including bicycles, sport fishing charters, ATVs, kite and windsurfing rental/lessons. Some of the best deep sea fishing and kiteboarding in the world is here in the Sea of Cortez.
Located in Los Barriles, this villa is on the beach. Tropic of Cancer Monument and Punta Arena Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Los Barriles Beach and Buena Vista Beach. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
