Things to Note:
• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.
• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!
- Blue skies, cool breeze, soft sand and your private villa on Medano Beach, Cabo's most coveted beach.
- For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area including a gas grill and a wet bar!
- Flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides two Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.
A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The lavish Cabo resort affords guests all of the amenities of a 5-star resort while enjoying the comforts of your own home. Each villa is privately owned and the U-shaped design allows amazing views from wherever you are staying within the resort.
The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi!
Located on the beach, this condo is in El Medano Ejidal, a neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas. Marina Del Rey and Cabo San Lucas Country Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Medano Beach and Cabo San Lucas Bay. Santa Maria Beach and Natural History Museum of Cabo San Lucas are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and kayaking nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with mountain climbing and hiking/biking trails.
