When we purchased this home in the Florida Keys, privacy and being close to nature were our top priorities. We found the perfect combination on Grassy Key, a small and peaceful island nestled between Islamorada and Marathon, famously known for Flipper and the Dolphin Research Center.
Grassy Key offers the best of both worlds—quiet island living while still being close enough to enjoy Marathon’s restaurants, grocery stores, and conveniences. You’re also perfectly positioned to explore dive sites in both the Upper and Lower Keys.
