THE LIVING AREA...

The completely refurnished living room of CONCH CASA GRANDE is simply spectacular; with space and light everywhere you look. Ample comfortable seating surrounds the huge flat-screen TV in the living room. As large as the TV is, it blends right into the wall, cycling through pictures of fine art when not in use.

The study is as large as most living rooms in Key West, featuring an extensive library, a large TV and a comfortable desk for anyone wishing to ‘work from paradise.’ This is a home that is perfect for entertaining, yet has a relaxed style that encourages you to sit back and enjoy the good life.

THE KITCHEN...

The kitchen, with its commercial gas range and oven, will meet the demands of the most ambitious chef and is large enough for a few sous-chefs to join in on the fun. The whole family can hang out here, with plenty of seating at the kitchen bar. The powder room is nearby, and you will be surprised to see that it is as large as many master baths; it has a full shower as well.

THE POOL...

From the living room and kitchen you can see the private pool through the SIX sets of double french doors that span the entire back of the house. There will be plenty of room on the porch and patio for everyone in your group to get their fair share of sun or shade, with the complete privacy afforded by the lush landscaping.

Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
