Gas fireplace, Outdoor Fire-Pit, vaulted ceiling, & breathtaking mountain views! The flat, gravel driveway allows parking for 2 cars. MOTORCYCLE/TRAILER/PET FRIENDLY (16' Max Trailers only).
Other things to note:
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$150 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover before every guest)
No low vehicles due to the gravel driveway.
$100 Pet Fee
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.
• Please note: Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $100 fine.
This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.
We are close to Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s Convenience Store, and several Dollar General stores so that you may stock up for your vacation. There’s wonderful hiking trails within a very short drive from Cozy Elk Cabin.
Other attractions are BEARS, ELK, TURKEY, FOX, AND FIREFLIES.

This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented. The property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.
As with any trip, unexpected situations can happen, including changes in weather or illness. While travel insurance isn’t required, we do encourage it for peace of mind, as this property’s cancellation policy is firm and non-negotiable. Located in Maggie Valley, this cabin is in the mountains. Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Pisgah National Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Maggie Valley Festival Grounds and Fantasy Golf & Game Room. Queen's Farm Stables and Waynesville Recreation Center are also worth visiting.
