Welcome to Terrapin Cottage: a quaint, comfortable, cozy cabin located directly on the trout-filled Crawford Creek and East Fork Pigeon River. Enjoy the sounds of the river from the large private deck. The cabin sleeps 2 with a large king size bedroom. Fenced in yard, fire pit, and enclosed hot tub. Fully functioning kitchen, easy grilling on the deck, laundry facility, too. One dog permitted for a fee. The cottage is located on the property of Terrapin Lodge, on a quiet, neighborhood street in a mountain valley.
Located in Canton, this cabin is in the mountains and on a river. Canton Area Historical Museum and Colonial Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Cradle of Forestry in America and Shelton House. Waynesville Recreation Center and Crystal Mountain Gem Mine are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking in the area.
