The Shannon House was built in 1948 and was NEWLY remodeled in 2020. It is a sister suite to The Whitney House across the street. With new flooring and an added bathroom this space is ideal for a large group in to celebrate any occasion. The location of The Shannon House is centrally located in Lubbock and close to Texas Tech, ALL the hospitals and downtown nightlife. It is also within 10 minutes of anything else FUN in Lubbock. Great for small groups in town for any reason.
The space
The Shannon House is 1100 square feet of FUN. Small yet spacious to house up to 9 people in for any reason. Located in a gentrified neighborhood surrounded by Texas Tech rentals you are sure to feel comfortable here.

LATE CHECK IN'S WELCOME - you will be given a personal ACCESS CODE to get in at your leisure.

We provide 4 driveway parking spaces OFF the street. There is also 1 space in front of house for street parking (if available) for a total of 5 spaces to park!!!
Please be advised we do not allow smoking or vaporing inside the home Units that smell like smoke will result in a $100 charge against your deposit. There are cameras around the OUTSIDE of the property to monitor rules such as NO Pets, NO Smoking and Quiet hours of 11pm to 6am. Pets seen on the property will result in a $100 charge against your deposit. We ask only the numbers of guest(s) on the reservations are the ones showering or sleeping in the unit. Extra guests not on the reservation seen in the unit will incur a $25.00 per person, per DAY fee against your deposit if not updated by the computers check in time of 4pm day of arrival. If you have not done so, please make sure the actual count is accurate on your reservation. Check out is promptly at 10am and if you need more time than this, the rate for each hour needed is $10.00 and will need to be paid through your resolution center before 8am on the day of check out.
For grilling outside - you will need to bring Charcoal and lighter fluid. We only provide the grill and cooking utensils.

LONG TERM GUESTS:
So that we can continue to offer great stays for all guest to come, we provide a FREE but MANDATORY weekly OR every other week cleaning service. This is usually on the 7th or 14th day of your stay and will continue on a weekly or every other week schedule, which ever you would prefer. We provide this cleaning during our cleaning and turn over hours of 10am to 2pm. We will set up this weekly or every other week schedule with you once you arrive so that we can change your sheets, bring fresh towels, sweep, mop, take any trash out, restock coffee, disposable items and any toiletries you may need.
This service is not OPTIONAL, we must be able to make sure our spaces are kept cleaned regularly. You may choose to be there or we can come when you are not around.

Heart of Lubbock, a neighborhood in Lubbock, is home to this vacation home. McPherson Cellars Winery and McLeod Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit West End Center and South Plains Mall. Joyland Amusement Park and Water Rampage are also worth visiting.
