• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate. Additional driving instructions will be provided.
• This property has 3 steps to entry, and a long stairwell down to the dock, with several rest decks and/or martini decks for breaks along the way.
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property allows responsible bachelor and bachelorette parties. Loud parties are not allowed in the neighborhood.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
• Up to 3 dogs are allowed in this property. Dogs must be monitored at all times.
• A Pet fee of $20 per night, per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The international airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Guest Access:
