Come visit Old Kinderhook Resort, Golf Club, & Spa and stay in this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa overlooking the 12th green and a short walk to the Old Kinderhook Community Docks. The villa is only 2 years old and is new to a rental program. It is very tastefully decorated with new furniture and stocked with everything a family or group of golfers could need while on vacation.
Inside the Villa, you will find 4 large bedrooms. On the main level is the Master Bedroom which has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin XL beds which can be adjoined to form a king bed. In the walkout lower level are 2 more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 also has 2 twin XL beds which can be adjoined to form a king bed and Bedroom 4 has 2 queen sized beds. The kitchen is on the main level and is quite large and stocked with everything you need. The main level also provides a comfortable family room with a queen sized sofa sleeper and dining area which walks out to a large deck equipped with a BBQ grill and a covered outdoor dining area. The lower level also offers a very large family room, wet bar and gaming area. The lower level also walks out to a very large covered patio. Both the deck and patio overlook and provide an amazing view of the 12th green and also the Marina/Cove area.
Old Kinderhook Resort, Golf Club, & Spa is an award winning facility with one of the premier Golf Courses in the Midwest. You can also dine at Old Kinderhook’s premier restaurant, The Trophy Room, which offers amazing dinners and also offers a cocktail bar and nightly specials. All while you enjoy gorgeous views and a warm ambiance. The Hook Café is also available for breakfast and lunch. The complex offers 3 swimming pools for your pleasure, workout facilities, tennis courts and 2 sand volleyball courts. For you baseball / softball families, the Villa is located only 9 miles away from Ballparks National.
Located in Camdenton, this villa is next to a golf course and on a lake. Ozarks Amphitheater and Main Street Music Hall are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Lake Valley Golf & Country Club and Casa de Loco Winery. BigSurf Waterpark and Downhill Ruckus are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
