• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Strip all beds including pillow cases and leave all used towels, bedding and linens in front of washer and dryer. fold all comforters and leave on the beds.
• Please clean the grill and cover. ensure the gas is turned off when leaving. all paddleboards and kayaks must be put back and secured. the ladder to the dock must be brought up out of the water.
• There are (2) brown garbage cans located on the driveway. the trash is picked up on saturdays and wednesdays make sure all trash is in the cans on these days. no trash to be placed next to the cans.
