Perfectly situated, the house backs up to Four Seasons’ private off-street walkway, little more than 300 yards to the beach in one direction, and less than a half-mile to downtown Duck’s great shops, restaurants, and spas in the other! This home is set in a naturally beautiful property, with beautiful live oaks, a sunny pool, and shady enclaves. All this in Duck’s prestigious Four Seasons resort with year-round indoor pool, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, and expansive playground, plus in-season community pool and trolley car transportation.
