This unique Southern cottage has approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of privacy, offering many interior and outdoor sitting areas including large screened and open porches to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the unique outdoor environment.
The Ship Captains Cottage offers space for all ages, outstanding sunsets, landscaped fenced yard with secluded saltwater pool, gate that opens to your private 125' sound front dock, water access for paddleboarding,kayaking,canoe,windsurfing,crabbing & a sound front bike-walk path that connects to a serene shallow, warm water sandy wading beach to enjoy. And for boaters there is a public boat launch access in town also. Professional style kitchen, granite counters, commercial 4 burner & griddle stove with double oven, large island, 48" refrig., and a great walk-in pantry for all your groceries with an additional full size sink and 2nd refrig.and all necessary small appliances. French doors open to masive screened porch overlooking sound and saltwater pool with gas grill, rocking chairs, lounge chairs and dining table with access to pool area down spiral stairs. Take stroll down private quiet street to enjoy community playground with basket ball hoop and private community pool, local cafe & coffee shop, a Bistro offering live local music, upscale spa, really great book store, ladies boutique, and more. The ocean beach with lifeguards also just a few blocks, a quick drive across the main road.

Level 3; balcony sitting area with TV screened upper level screen porch access, Bedroom#2 (queen) with TV,& rear screened porch access; Bedroom#3 (double) with TV, access to upper level front sitting porch, hall full bath, bedroom#4 (king) with TV, walk in closet and access to large rear upper level screened porch, jack and jill bath shared with Bedroom#5 (2 twins) with walk in closet. Hall full bath with large garden tub, hall access to front porch balcony, very large movie room with movie library, wet bar, gas fireplace, and a quite private office for those that need to get some work done with book library.
