Our renovated condo is a perfect get away for families looking for the ease and enjoyment of an OCEAN FRONT unit! New Sliding door, Trex Deck and high top chairs (Summer 2021). Views from the family room, the kitchen and the deck will not disappoint. It is located high enough on the second floor, to see comfortably beyond the dunes. From the time you wake up in the morning, until you say goodnight, you will enjoy the peaceful sight and sound of waves crashing in the ocean. *Note, Golf Carts are Not Permitted.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a KING sized bed, with a master bath. The Second bedroom contains a full sized bed, and 2 twin beds. In the alcove of the hallway, there is a set of bunk beds. In total, the condo will sleep 7 people comfortably. Both bathrooms contain a bath tub/shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig Coffee Maker, a new refrigerator (2021) microwave (2020) and new stove (2020). Pull a stool up to the island, and enjoy your morning cup of Joe!

Located in Kitty Hawk, this condo is near a water park and on the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Digger's Dungeon - Home of Grave Digger are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Nor'Banks Sailing and Paradise Fun Park.
