Level 2:
3 bedrooms (1 with King with bonus bunk room and private bathroom, deck access; 1 with Queen and private balcony access; 1 with King and deck access). Full hall bath.
Level 3:
Open dining (seating for 10)/kitchen (granite counters, stainless steel appliances, pantry)/family room area with lots of windows to take in the views. Living area. Bedroom (with King, private bathroom and access to office space), powder room. All new LVP flooring for 2025.
