The gourmet kitchen is overflowing with accessories, marble back splash, upgraded cabinetry and appliances, including a wine holder in the fridge plus ice/water dispensers, high ceilings, induction stove (please do not use copper or aluminum pans, kitchen is full of stainless steel and cast-iron pans for your use), a water filtration system, deep double-farm sink. The kitchen, upstairs bedroom, living, and dining areas are next to the sunroom, which opens onto the sun deck. Dine all fresco at the large outdoor table next to the gas grill!

The mid-level of this gorgeous home features 3 bedrooms (1 with Queen, large sitting area, private blue-tooth enable sound system, bath with tile shower and deck access to the screened in porch; 1 with King and 1 with Queen share a hall bath with tile shower and another blue tooth enabled sound system).

Level 3:
High ceilings welcome you to this bright inviting space full of large windows and updates galore! Plush living and dining areas, then the gourmet kitchen described above, and a luxurious bedroom (with Queen) that shares the hall bath (with shower). The dining area leads you into the sunroom, which opens onto the Trex sun deck. Smell the salt air from the roomy sun deck, which contains includes a dining area and very nice gas grill.
