For those who must be Oceanfront but don't need the space of a large mansion-like home, "The Flying Duckman", a spacious three bedroom, two bath, Oceanfront condo in Duckblind Villas is for you.

This beautifully decorated condo sits just 120 feet back across the dune from the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the view, breezes and ocean sounds from inside the unit or from the covered deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. Recommendation- Bring your binoculars for viewing of dolphins, pelicans and seagulls and even deer roaming through the vegetative dune.

The spacious deck is furnished with a pub tall polywood table with 4 chairs including 2 swivel captains chairs. For even more relaxation time - 2 chaise loungers are also provided for reading or napping. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while drinking your morning coffee and afternoon beverages, curling up with a book or sharing an evening meal.

Great room features new Sony 55 inch Smart TV featuring many movie channels and cozy furniture to relax. Free WiFi included. The kitchen- fully equipped- overlooking ocean views, features seating for 6.

The Master Bedroom also includes flat-screen TV with KING Size Pillow-Top bed. The MBR patio doors lead out to the balcony allowing for ocean breezes to seep into your sleeping quarters. Adjoining MBR bathroom has new tall vanity and high toilet for comfort and shower.

The second bedroom includes a QUEEN size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV.

The third bedroom is a "first dibs" room as it also offers ocean views as well as the sounds of the waves complete with 2 comfy twin beds.
