Blue Oasis is a custom-built soundside home situated on a corner lot in the elevated dunes of the sought-after North Dune Loop neighborhood. This charming southern retreat features generously sized rooms, quality finishes and plenty of outdoor living space, including a covered front porch and an expansive sun deck overlooking an enclosed backyard with private pool.

The spacious main living area boasts vaulted ceilings and a wall of southern facing windows for an abundance of natural light. Hardwood floors flow into the dining room, with convenient access to an outdoor dining area on the back deck. The kitchen overlooks the dining room and provides additional seating at the bar. You'll have more than enough room to prepare meals in the kitchen with a center island and plenty of counter space. It also features stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, and a built-in desk for catching up with work or school remotely. The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the main level and provides deck access, a private sitting area and an ensuite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. Two more bedrooms and a full bath are located on the top floor, including a king bedroom with views of the sound. A den off the dining room serves as an additional living area. The fourth bedroom, additional full bath and media room are located on the ground level with access to the pool area.

Meticulous landscaping and a barefoot-friendly lawn add to the curb appeal and is ideal play space for kids and yard games. In the backyard, the pool area is surrounded by a privacy fence and mature trees for seclusion. An expansive pool deck provides plenty of room for lounging in the sun, and a pergola with outdoor seating area is perfect for shaded poolside conversation and relaxation.

Guests who stay at Blue Oasis can take advantage of a variety of exclusive neighborhood amenities, including:
- Soundview Park with playground, grilling and picnic area, horseshoe pit, bocce ball court, sound access, and launching platform for kayas/SUP's

The beach is a ten-minute walk away using the access at 13th Avenue. Take a short drive or bike ride to the heart of Duck Village, located just 1.5 miles north of Blue Oasis, where you can explore Duck Town Park and Waterfront Boardwalk, boutique shopping and a variety of casual and fine dining.

Located in Kitty Hawk, this vacation home is near a water park and near the beach.
