Update for 2025! A brand new private pool will be installed just in time for the 2025 spring pool season. Recently remodeled and impeccably decorated, Aurora is the hidden gem of Duck that you've been searching for. Getting to the beach will be just as effortless using the neighborhood beach access at the east end of Christopher Drive.
After a day at the beach or exploring town, come home and relax in the open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights that create a bright and airy vibe with abundant natural light. This fabulous combination living/dining space leads out to an expansive wrap-around deck where you lounge in the sun for your daily dose of Vitamin D. Back inside, get dinner started in the brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Gorgeous LVP flooring flows throughout the entire home, including the bedrooms. The main level queen suite features an updated semi-private bath, and two more bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Outside, you'll find a thoughtfully landscaped yard with charming walking path to a raised deck with seating for relaxing under the mature oak trees.
No need to worry about traffic or finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from the very best Duck has to offer. For a break from the beach, attend yoga classes, concerts, and annual events hosted at the nearby Town of Duck amphitheater. There's also a public park complete with a soundside boardwalk that takes you on a delightful stroll along the water to an eclectic mix of dining and boutique shopping.
